Thank you to those who attended the Bar-S work party last weekend. The fields are looking good, but we have more work to prepare Bar-S for the Jamboree. We still need volunteers to help weed outside the fence, bleacher area, and snack shack perimeter, as well as some pressure washing and installing screens along the outfield fence.
We'll have Board Members directing work:
Thursday, 3/23 - 9:30am to Noon and 4pm to Dusk
Friday, 3/24 - 4pm to dusk.
If you can't make those times, please come when you can, and please bring your gardening tools. Please stay off the infields at this time. Thank you!
Field maintenance days are critical for Little Leagues. Not only is it to ensure that our fields are safe for our kids to play on but it also gives us a sense of pride to have our fields looking nice.
