EOS Tournaments

The EOS tournaments determine the division league champions. Tournament games will start Tuesday, June 1st. EOS tournament concludes with championship games on Sunday, June 13th with a possible second championship game on Monday, June 14th.

Rookies

  • Tournament games will be posted on Sunday, May 16th
  • Seeding determined by random draw
  • Regular season rules, including pitch counts and 5-run per inning limits, apply for the end of season tournament.
    - A five run maximum per inning is imposed, which would complete the half inning. The five-run limit will not apply in the sixth or final inning or in any extra innings; however, the fifteen and ten run rule remains in effect, as do any applicable time limitations
  • Time limitations apply only if there is another game scheduled after your game. In that case, a new inning may not be started within 20 minutes of the next scheduled game.

Minors

  • Tournament dates/times will not be known until Friday, May 28th. You’ll see a schedule up prior but the official schedule won’t be available till the 28th. 
  • The draw for seeding will be based on the results of the regular season standings. The tournament brackets will be taken from the Little League website, in accordance with the Little League Rulebook. Teams will be ordered based on:
    - Win-Loss Record (0.5 wins for each tie)
    - Head-to-head matchup results
    - Runs allowed (all games)
    - Runs allowed (only in head-to-head matchups)
  • Pitch counts, days rest, and 5-run maximum for innings 1 thru 5, apply for the end of season tournament.
    - A five run maximum per inning is imposed, which would complete the half inning. The five run limit will not apply in the sixth or final inning or in any extra innings; however, the fifteen and ten run rule remains in effect.
  • Minimum playing time on defense will follow LLI rule 3.03(b). (6 consecutive out minimum)
  • Continuous batting order is still in effect
  • There are no time limits in effect. All games must be regulation games as defined by LLI rules.

Majors

  • Tournament dates/times will not be known until Friday, May 28th. You’ll see a schedule up prior but the official schedule won’t be available till the 28th.
  • The draw for seeding will be based on the results of the regular season standings. The tournament brackets will be taken from the Little League website, in accordance with the Little League Rulebook. Teams will be ordered based on:
    - Win-Loss Record (0.5 wins for each tie)
    - Head-to-head matchup results
    - Runs allowed (all games)
    - Runs allowed (only in head-to-head matchups)
  • Teams may play two games in one day.
  • Pitch counts, days rest, and excessive scoring rules apply
  • The Majors Division will be played under LLI Tournament rules and playing time minimums with the following exceptions and clarifications:
    - Exception: “RS” baseballs may be used
    - Clarification: Substitutions and minimum playing times will follow LLI Tournament Rule 9 and 10.
